Brass Tacks LeatherCraft, or BT, is a handcrafted bag brand rooted in vintage-inspired style.

BT was originally born through an Amazon Fashion accelerator program. As the brand grew, it developed a clear and distinctive design philosophy: rather than chasing short-lived trends, BT looks for timeless elements that continue to feel relevant as fashion evolves.

We believe truly lasting design is not about excess. It is about balance between materials, proportions, colors, craftsmanship, and detail.

By combining traditional leathercraft, vintage-inspired materials, signature fabrics, and refined hardware, BT creates bags that feel classic yet distinctive, practical yet expressive.

The signature design language of BT Men is the combination of genuine leather and waxed canvas.

We are drawn to these materials because they become more personal with time. Leather gradually develops a richer tone, natural sheen, and individual character through use. Waxed canvas gains subtle creases, marks, and variations in color, creating a surface that evolves rather than simply wears out.

A new BT men’s bag is only the beginning. Over time, each piece develops a character shaped by the person who carries it.

Structured leather brings strength and refinement, while waxed canvas adds a relaxed, rugged, and naturally vintage quality. Antique brass-tone hardware completes the balance with a restrained sense of detail.

BT Women begins with classic silhouettes. We believe a bag designed to last should start with a shape that has already proven its timeless appeal.

That is why BT draws inspiration from enduring forms such as totes, doctor bags, satchels, shoulder bags, and structured handbags, then gives them new expression through color, fabric, and detail.

Antique brass-tone hardware is one of the defining elements of BT Women. Locks, zippers, rivets, hooks, buckles, and decorative pieces are not treated as purely functional components. They are part of the overall design language.

Their warm, vintage character brings depth and refinement to classic silhouettes without overpowering them.

What makes BT Women especially distinctive is our signature range of custom multicolor fabrics. Rather than relying only on standard market fabrics, BT develops its own combinations of color, texture, pattern, and weave to give familiar forms a stronger sense of individuality.

Burgundy, olive, vintage blue, caramel, sand, deep brown, checks, and layered heritage tones all become part of the BT palette.
