Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of brasstacksleathercraft.com and any related services provided by Brass Tacks.

Brass Tacks is operated by Hong Kong Time100 Co., Limited (“Brass Tacks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Eligibility and Online Store Terms

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.

An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for legitimate reasons, including:

Delivery restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

That policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.
